Introducing leadership with a human point of view.
A coordinated introduction to new executive leadership, combining staff portraits, social graphics and a promotional film.
Project brief
The brief. The direction. The delivery.
- The mandate
- Introduce new executive leadership through the people, priorities and purpose behind the announcement.
- My direction
- Connect original staff portraits, individual and joint introduction graphics, and direct interviews in one coherent story.
- The delivery
- Staff photography, executive-introduction social graphics and an edited leadership film for website, YouTube and social use.
Creative direction
The decisions
behind the work.
I photographed staff during a facility visit and used that original imagery across the announcement graphics. A companion video gave the leaders space to speak directly, extending the introduction across the organization's website, YouTube and social channels.
- Use original portraits from the staff visit in the introduction graphics, connecting the announcement to the people being introduced.
- Pair individual portraits with a joint leadership introduction so the audience can recognize each leader and the team.
- Retain direct interview content in the companion film to give the leaders room to explain their priorities in their own words.
The delivery

What this demonstrates
I make leadership communications personal and coherent. Original portraits establish recognition; introduction graphics carry the announcement; interviews let the leaders explain their priorities in their own words.
